If you want your house to close properly, find someone else to do it. I'm being tracked down 2 months after closing my house to pay this office back $2,000 because they prepared documents incorrectly. There are way too many other options to even risk working with this office. Talk about a great surprise as the holidays approach to learn you need to come up with a $2k check unexpectedly and he says "we need to arrange to get this back immediately" as if it were my fault. Absolutely insane.

Does not communicate well. Rude. Did not conduct our title search properly which led us to paying the seller of our houses tax. Nick cannot seem to be bothered with returning voicemails and when he does he’s rude. Do not recommend at all.
