Complete incompetence. The attorney they assigned was nearly in tears just being questioned about the divorce. He stated that Ohio law doesn’t require proof of identification to pick up a child from school grounds something I was able to prove wrong within seconds. The place is a complete joke. How he managed to pass the bar exam is beyond me

Katie was awesome in helping me settle my mother's estate. She went above and beyond an atty client relationship. She actually spent time working at the estate sale. Great to work with. Listens, explains, returns calls. Everything you would want in an atty.

I hired Michael Shaffer as my divorce lawyer and he did absolutely nothing to help me. He offered me 0 advice throughout the entire ordeal and when I brought concerns to him about my children's safety he did everything in his power to stop me from taking action to address those concerns. At mediation he told me to keep my mouth shut and praised my ex more than once. He was more her lawyer than mine. He also lied to me about an issue with pickup and dropoff.. I wanted the day changed and he told me he spoke with her lawyer and it was going to be fine. Then I talked to my ex and she had not even heard about it over a week later. I have concerns that him being the goto lawyer of my exes mother and step father made a serious conflict of interest.
I paid this man over 1600 dollars and he didn't feel the slightest bit guilty about not doing a single thing to help protect me from a lying narcissist ex who has put me through the most stress of my life. I fired him today.. and I would not recommend this man to help you with a parking ticket.

John Shaffer has been my parents attorney since forever and when my mom needed him, he was right there to guide me through everything I needed to do and John done a lot on the legal end of things, through all the bumps in the road and the ups & downs, we got it done for her with good results.

I have made several attempts to try and contact my attorney Ryan Breininger , Also he scheduled times to contact me to discuss my case and I never received a call. He didn't represent me in the way I asked / told him to. Having him as an attorney was the worst representation of any attorney that I have ever worked with. The secretary at the door and over the phone was rude and had an I don't care attitude. If you need legal help I highly recommend you seek it from a different firm.

An ego driven law firm that won't hesitate in telling you how good they are. In regards to my divorce, my experience with the firm was at best unprofessional. Communication was minimal, almost nonexistent at times, leaving me with more questions then answers. Direct questions and concerns were typically never addressed, or completely disregarded all together. My attorney never seemed prepared, wasted time and money, and yielded very little positive results. I would not recommend this law firm under any circumstances.
