There are no words to describe how beautiful the flowers were at my daughter’s bridal shower! Nick created a stunning flower bar that my guests cannot stop raving about! He added flair to the welcome sign, decorated every surface in the venue and added yet additional centerpieces to the tables! WOW! Nick is amazing, a true artist and the most wonderful person to work with in designing your event! He is the premier florist! After you say “ yes” to the dress, say “YES” to Nick!!

My sister loved her birthday flowers! I ordered the 'Height of Elegance' bouquet, and it was absolutely stunning. The pearl overlay and faux diamond sequins on one of the roses made it extra special and classy. I also appreciated that they honored my request for an end-of-day delivery. Highly recommend!

Our wedding was over a month ago and we're still so happy thinking about the floral arrangements, bouquets, and decor designed and provided by The New Britain Flower Shop. Everything at the wedding looked gorgeous. We’re still receiving so many compliments on absolutely everything and could not be thankful enough for all the hard work that was put in. On 7/12/24 I paid $234 on a large funeral arrangement including $15 delivery fee and taxes. Stated I wanted hydrangeas, sunflowers and NO LILLIES. Stated how I wanted the card to read. Upon arrival to the funeral home, there was a WRONG NAME of recipient (Kathy, not Katie) and did not state who the flowers were from (supposed to say Love Andrew, Jenna, Nick, Kate and All of the girls). The arrangement was hideous…Cala LILLIES, 1 out of 2 wilted hydrangeas and no sunflowers. Flowers that belong in a Hawaiian arrangement. HIDEOUS! Almost a good thing our names weren’t on it because it was embarrassing! Owner states policy is no refunds yet never disclosed a policy or had me sign one. Woman I spoke to on phone 7/14 asked if I wanted refund or a new arrangement to be delivered to family and I stated refund. My husband spoke to owner 7/16 told him he’d call him back later that day or next day.. never called. My husband called 3x on 7/17 and mailbox is full. I contacted BBB to file a complaint. Last thing a grieving person wants to do is argue for a refund for an ugly arrangement where nothing was right about it, including the card (which wasn’t a professional flower shop card stock but piece of paper). Do NOT purchase flowers from this owner.

Nick’s arrangements are unique and unbelievably gorgeous. The amount of dedication and thought that goes into the presentation is worth every penny. Customer service is great! Make this your regular flower shop - you’ll never be disappointed.
