In the early fall of 2023 I was living in a rental house and experienced the tragic complete loss of not only the place I called home as well as everything I owned and had acquired in this world, I also lost one of my best friends, my dog. Having never been up against anything like this before I foolishly believed the insurance company I used would abide by the policy I had. After an initial consultation about preparing a will and other final documents, my husband and I left Natasha with the plan to call her back as soon as we’d had the opportunity to discuss some of the ideas she had presented to us. We thought it a productive meeting. However, after six phone calls (no one has ever answered the phone when we’ve called, we must always leave a message) we have yet to receive a response. We’ve cajoled and pleaded but no one has returned any call to us in over a month of regularly trying. It’s very unprofessional to ignore clients.
What a waste of our time. Even if we were clueless after the initial meeting and it hadn’t been mutually agreeable, a polite response declining our business would have been appropriate, rather than leave us hanging all that time.

So after being ignored thru 6 phone calls, Tiffany finally called us back AFTER we posted this review! She claimed they sent an email, which was not answered. Upon further discussion, it was determined that the address contained transposed letters in our name. So WHY did no one Followup to the “undelivered email” Also why did no one follow up on the 6 phone calls? Why wait for a bad Yelp review to take action?!? Also, BOTH my husband and I heard Natasha say that she would charge $1400 to prepare the 4 documents we required.Then Tiffany explains that it was $1400 per person ($2800). Not only did they ignore us until we finally left a bad review. They had no explanation for ignoring an undeliverable email or 6 phone calls and instead of “making this right”, Tiffany proceeded to double the understood price. Don’t use this law form unless you want to be ignored and price gouged!
