Obviously I owed the bill-the owner of this company bought my debt, Deb is her name and she was very fair. As long as I made my payments on time she was polite and kind. I agreed to an amount and stuck to the payment plan. Deb did say that sometimes her clients do not make payments and do not keep in touch and actually avoid her phone calls and letters-then she can take their property. Obviously if you take responsibility and pay your debt you will have no problems at all with Nebraska Enforcement Specialist, By the book 100 percent legit. Actually referred a friend who had an unpaid judgement.

I was referred to NES from several satisfied clientele from a networking organization I belong.
For one of my businesses, I have had Deb collect on several outstanding debts. She has always kept me abreast of what’s going on —keeping me in the loop of when I can expect payments. Deb has been nothing but professional and does a thorough job in helping me retrieve accounts that have gone delinquent. I will continue to use & speak highly of NES. Thanks Deb.

I couldn’t agree more with these bad reviews. My wife used this lady. Her fees are ridiculous and her ethics are questionable at best.
The reviews are right about her fleecing unsuspecting business owners for debts that they know nothing about.
You can tell by her response to these reviews that she lacks any character.
I’ve made this review independently without being asked. Which is more than Mrs. Schueth can say about the one positive review she has.

Anyone that has a negative review about this person must be someone they are trying to get a judgement from, or they received a judgement from or a co-conspirator of a person on the wrong side of the court system/law. I have seen this person donate many hours to help feed the poor and help others in need. I know them as an honest person that would do all necessary within the guidelines of the law to make sure justice is served.

Bad business. Terrible owner. She almost got arrested at the courthouse for bringing a gun in there. No class. Not recommended.
