Dropped off fire extinguishers to be inspected. Was told I could pick them up in the morning the next day and that they would call. No call. I showed up in the afternoon to pick them up and was told they couldn’t service them. Nobody called me and now I’m stuck with non-certified fire extinguisher for business that opens soon. If they had called me and told me yesterday afternoon or this morning I could’ve made other arrangements, but instead they left me standing there for more than 30 minutes, while they figured out where my extinguishers were and what was going on. A simple phone call would’ve been very helpful and far more professional

Needed to recharge an old fire extinguisher. Manager was very upfront and transparent on educating me on the particular model I had, and the choices I had. I ended-up replacing it with a new model, and they had a good price for a new quality extinguisher.

Y'all better get your tires changed before you kill somebody!! There is no tread on that back left tire, and the front two were in bad condition also!! Come on, now!!!
