When my son was denied SSI Lee handled the appeaI for us and got the decision overturned. Recently, I got a letter from Social Security that required a response within 10 of the date of the letter, but it took 7 days to get to me, and on a Friday to boot. Lee graciously met with me at his office on Saturday afternoon and filed my appeal electronically. Top notch service by an attorney who knows how to deal with Social Security.

Lee represented me in my divorce. I was very happy with the job he did. He took time to walk me thru the process and the rate was VERY reasonable. I am pretty sure he could have charged me a LOT more but he was more concerned about me than every little detail he could bill for. So not only is he good at his job he actually cares about the client.

We have been clients of Mr. Nation for a few years and twice he has gone to bat for my daughter in her disability case. He is kind, he listens and has the patience of Job based upon the questions and such that we keep him busy answering. Our experience with him in our corner has been GREAT! Dealing with SS can be so discouraging, frustrating, and everything takes 20 times longer than it should to deal with.....but he hung in there with us. We learned early on that there are so many things he or anyone else simply doesn't have any control over when it comes to a gov system like SS but he does a great job dealing with it all, unlike us who gets so annoyed and frustrated with how long everything takes with them. I highly recommend his expertise and service.

Mr. Nation helped us wade through the horrible and ridiculous social security system and informed us of everything along the way so we never felt like we were over our heads or didn't know what was happening. Being disabled and sick is already so difficult, complicated, and scary - and dealing with trying to receive "benefits" just makes everything worse. When we were going through the original process, the whole thing was making my nervous system symptoms flare up constantly. And Mr. Nation walked beside us hand-in-hand into battle, and made my life a bit easier than it would've been otherwise. There's no way I could've fought all we did, on my own. So grateful to have found him to help me along. I recently got married and that means I have to deal with "the system" again, and Mr. Nation responded to my requests promptly and with kindness. I'm not looking forward to going through all of this again, but I'm less afraid and more confident knowing Mr. Nation is around to help guide me!

Help me through a horrible custody battle. Mr. Nation was always there to answer any question. I got joint custody of my children “and as a father that’s hard to get”.
