AVOID!!! They used to be AMAZING but got too big and is only about money. They are ripping you off! They charge for every little bit they can but take absolutely ZERO responsibility. You can easily pay $75 - $100 on insurance only to hear that actually it means nothing because it's not their fault the shipment got lost, it's your countries courier that lost it. They are scam artists of note!! YES... Most packages you will receive, at a PREMIUM price! When things go wrong, they couldn't care. Customer service is absolutely terrible! Standard response is it will take 2 business days to resolve... after 2 days a new person says the same... after 2 more days it gets "escalated" for 2 more days but weekends don't count... Yet, they charge you if you request a response faster than 4 days, they charge you for every day they have to hold your package (INCLUDING WEEKENDS)

BIGGEST LEGAL CROOKS OUT THERE!

EDIT : Owner response is to contact customer care so they can resolve the issue... I wouldn't have written this review if I haven't tried that already. After 2 weeks I have had enough of all the lies and constant delays of "give us one more day". All issues take 1-2 days to resolve... 2 Weeks later and I get the same excuses and "sorry for the inconvenience messages". So my shipment has been delayed 2 weeks because of problems on THEIR side.

Today I contacted them again... Guess what the reply was.... "We are escalating the matter and it will take 2 days!". If the "owner" is at all interested in helping, contact me or give me your details. Don't put up a fake front just because your company is called out for the frauds they are

I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life! MY US is an absolute nightmare to deal with. First of all, they charged me nearly three times the actual weight of my item for delivery – complete rip-off. I’ve never seen a company take advantage of its customers like this.

Getting in touch with them is impossible. They don’t answer calls, and their customer service is a joke. It’s like they want you to just give up and go away. You’ll spend hours trying to reach someone, only to be met with silence.

They use the cheapest courier they can find, and there’s no signature required on delivery. So, guess what? Your package will just be left outside. If it does get stolen, don’t expect any help from MY US. They refuse to refund missing packages or take any responsibility for their shoddy service.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. If you value your money, time, and belongings, find a better alternative. MY US is a scam, plain and simple!

Absolute fraudsters. Don't ever ship with this company. They'll deceive you by using the most expensive courier and insurance by giving dubious excuses. Don't ever store your card information as they'll have field day with it. Their customer service is arrogant and rude. They'll outright say no refund even without trying to help. Avoid this company and go for trustworthy one out there

Worse company ever, they never reply emails, the phone is completely useless and all the agents are always “busy” on the chat. They lost a very expensive and unique parcel I won’t ever be able to recover as it was purchased on an auction. I never had it on my suite because they sent it to someone else and they say they can’t communicate with the person that took it or can’t give me their details to do it myself as it is in the same country. No refund or solution given so far. They’ll charge you for services you haven’t use after numerous emails and chats. They will deliberately miscalculate the weight of your parcels to charge you more and will take ages to correct the issue charging you for storage fees while the parcel is being hosted.
They also use cheap soft boxes to send all the goods so be prepared to get all damaged and broken. They have no respect or care for their customers or their parcels at all. Their shipping options are always the most expensive around with inflated hidden fees on top that you’ll see when asking for shipment. Never again using these crooks, they aren’t professional, competitive, diligent, accurate, honest and they definitely don’t care about customers. I round give them -10 stars but it’s not possible. Haven’t ever had such a bad experience in my life. I’ve tried myus/about/contact option several times without any response at all after being ignored on emails and since no agents are ever available to chat.

I've been using MyUS more than 7 years and within this time I've sent approx. 70-80 packages to my country. I haven't had any problem so far. Of course I've experienced some damage issues for the items but as long as you choose insurance by the time of shipping request, they cover the full price (they take into consideration the item price that is registered after your item has arrived at their facility) If you have any concern for the damage, please make sure to input exact price of the item.

Other than that, their customer support is also providing great service. Their Chat Now function on the website is very convenient comparing to whatsapp or email.
Overall I highly recommend to use MyUS for your USA shoppings.

As an additional info, they do have a warehouse in UK as well. You can also have UK address under your USA account registration and shop freely in UK...

I seriously thought my case will be different after going through the myraid of terrible reviews but here I am 😁😁😁.
It went well until the item reached Nigeria then all hell broke loose. I don't know if it's customs or Aramex that was trying to reap me off. I have been sending things to Nigeria through Heroshe and I don't have to worry about anything customs they handle everything and their prices are very cheap. However, they started having issues in December 2024 and that's how I got here.
After contacting MyUS with no response on WhatsApp and mail. I tried their new live chat and the person that attended to me ended the chat without any ceremony while I'm still trying to finish my complaints. It felt like a call was hung up on me.
I reached out to Aramex which was the carrier used and they gave me a custom duty payment invoice, payable to them worth 1/3 of the total cost of the refurbished item I bought for my personal use, payable to them!

Again, I have never paid custom duty for any thing I buy online before now. The delivery company handles everything.

I'm simply disappointed because my hopes where high when I started, everything was going smooth and then wasn't.

My advice is to avoid Aramex no matter how enticing their prices are compared to DHL, also avoid MyUS entirely if you have an alternative.

I can't believe I'm now part of the statistics, 🤦🤦

Terrible customer service. Allow me to share my experience with them I have had a package with them now for 2 months. The shipping estimator on the site quoted me $124.00 for shipping, when it arrived they then tried to charge me $1,400! Saying it was because of the added dimensions.

After subsequent tries I actually found that UPS could ship it for me for $600. MyUS refused to accept that and said that they do not use UPS, when they claim on the site that they do (bait and switch).

UPS tried to make the pickup multiple times and they are not contactable. The customer service give false numbers and always shift the blame to other people kicking the can down the road.

MyUS then claimed that UPS should call their office number to arrange directly with someone there, which was a complete lie as that number is a voicemail box - which can't receive new messages and then they hang up.

I have an expensive item there which this company is just wanting to force me to pay $1400 for something which does not cost that much.

2 months in and over 30 emails the company no longer replies. Ignores me and still has my package. I highly recommend you think twice when using them.

For context I have been a long time cutomer of MyUS for over a decade, their service used to be amazing - now they have really declined.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Being a premium member for the past so many years, there has been 0 customer service on this site. My packages are sent into review for no legitimate reason. They hold on to the packages and charge you for documentation fees and package checking fees, in spite of sending multiple invoices to prove them wrong.
This has been going on for a very long time. No one responds to any emails, and the live chat is patronizing, to the point that it makes you wonder if you are talking to an AI or a human.
The management is absolutely useless and whoever is heading this so-called legitimate company clearly doesn't know their job. We as customers, trust them with our packages, pay monthly fees and in return, they hold us at ransom and take advantage of the situation. 0 quality of service, extremely overpriced, useless extra charges and no help.
My package has been in review for the past week and there has been no action taken at all on their part with no plausible reason for their delay. In plain and simple words, "a useless and awful company to deal with".
Never have I faced as many problems and hardships with any other company as much as MyUS.
