What a lovely place! Stacey and Haley helped me get my package on time to my family for the holidays. Also they have some lovely knick knacks and cards for all occasions. I found it difficult to not buy out their whole stock of soaps and solar lights !

It was my first time needing to drop off a package at this location for my local job nearby, and the woman with the glasses and the short brown hair was extremely rude to me. She was eyeballing me the entire time and I had no idea what to do, since it was my first time. She made me very uncomfortable with the way she was leering at me, like I was a hoodlum, or a bum or something the moment I stepped in, like I didnt belong in this business, so I asked her politely where to put the package and she snapped "just put it outside the door with the other ones when the UPS guy comes to pick it up". I then asked her if I could I possibly have a receipt, or something to prove that I dropped it off for my job? and she said, "No. I don't give receipts out"..... how can you possibly run a business if you don't give out receipts to your customers? That makes no sense. You're better off going to the Mystic Post Office in the downtown area less than 10 minutes away for professional, and courteous service. This woman has recieved numerous complaints about her unprofessional behavior, and her overall demeanor, and the majority of the compliments on here are from friends, family and their friends, not hardly any real customers. Mystic local here writing!

Is there a 6 or 7 Star rating I drive out of my way to only use MYSTIC MAILBOX for my UPS shipments! I sell on eBay, Mercari & Etsy and this is the only ship center I trust! The drop offs are safe & secure and it’s easy to find right off I95 in Mystic, CT (near the Aquarium, look for the TOP 100 UPS SHIP CENTERS IN THE COUNTRY banner) Most of my shipping labels are prepaid but when I do have to purchase a UPS shipping label it is hassle-free and I’m in and out! Thank you for the great service!

Such a wonderful place to drop off my packages and very convenient! Has all of my shipping supplies and necessities. Clerk provided exceptional service and went above and beyond! Always a great experience when I drop off my packages here. So many nice things to say about this place. It’s always clean and organized and I know exactly where to leave my packages for pickup. By far one of the best and safest places in the state and in the country to ship your packages. This should be the only place that you bring your packages to ship with UPS. And do not believe all of the bad reviews you see because they are lies and misinformation; therefore, should not be taken seriously. I go here every week and every time I go I pleased. I am glad I found this place and I highly recommend it to everyone. Stacy and her daughter do a great job and they are very helpful to everyone and they make sure that everyone is happy. They are the best in the business and should be proud of their achievements.

Friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have a box to put my item in and they did it all they wrapped and shipped it. It was received by the recipient in the perfect way I brought it to them in. So I'm happy. Would recommend this place for all your shipping of weird shaped things store. They have lots of decor to buy soaps and chapsticks.

Employee refused to scan pre-paid packages or provide a receipt; directed to leave in pile outside with others. Good luck trying to prove you dropped something off if it goes missing. I went elsewhere where scanning my package wasn't looked at like a hassle for them to do- especially when they were not helping anyone- just talking on their cell phone.
