MyPlate arrived over Xmas and then the charges started on the N. TX Toll road as there was a duplicate and fraudulent plate. Contacted My Plates to ask for a refund and was directed to a generic number at TX DPS. Contacted TX DPS, waited 1-hr on hold and they said had to contact My Plates for a refund. Called My Plates back and they said call TX DPS and hung up. This is a scam.

Good State Sponsored plates - but slower to deliver than source in the past. I ordered the same Texas Horned Lizard design I acquired for another vehicle years ago, but the recent order took much longer. I had to follow up by phone after five weeks with no status notification. On the phone the rep said they had already sent them to the county Tax Assessor Collector's office. I never got that email reminder ("We will send you an email reminder in about four weeks.") that they promised in the order confirmation. Rating is for the tag design.

I had to chase my plates around for two months. They never called me back. They just don’t seem to care that they messed up then they ordered the wrong replacement plates and still had me go get them even though I specifically told them the plate that I needed absolutely terrible service and Jacky in customer service the superior never calls anyone back.
