It is the first and last time I will be going to this place to files taxes. Never in my life have I had to wait so long to get my taxes back. Its been three month since I have filed them and every time I have a question or concern regarding my taxes, the lady who did my taxes never has the time to speak to me. All she says is send me a text. When coming to such confidential info, sending a text is not the best way. Overall, I have had better service at other agencies. Hopefully, she changes in how she provides services to customers. Most of the times she seems very rushed.
