MS RV Solutions exceeded our expectations! Daniel, Haley and the installation are the best. We had our carpet removed from the bedroom floor, bed box, living room slide and entry steps to our Motorhome and replaced with LVT and couldn’t be happier. They also installed two window awnings. I meant to ask them about adjusting the entry door as it would not stay open, I forgot to mention that and they took it upon them selves without asking and adjusted it anyway and we couldn’t be happier. Daniel and Haley did a fantastic job on our Tiffin 32. Several repairs, including sagging ceiling panels, resealing the roof, and numerous other smaller repairs were expertly handled. Other work, including body work and paint, as well as plumbing that they could not handle in house, was coordinated by them and they delivered the RV to the other vendors while we traveled by car to our kid’s mhouse in Florida. We could not ask for better customer service. And most importantly, you cannot meet two nicer people.

Mr Bob Tiffin referred me to Daniel and Carl at MS RV. I had a sagging ceiling panel on our 38’ Tiffin Allegro Bay. I talked to Haley, Daniel’s wife and sent her pictures of the ceiling issue. Daniel was able to work me in on February 3rd. I drove down from Raleigh NC and within about 4 hours the repair was completed perfectly. Daniel, Haley, Mr Carl and Terry could not have been any nicer or more professional. They treated me like their own family. It’s irrelevant to me that I drove 1400 miles round trip for this repair because it was done like the factory. Thanks guys, I will NEVER forget your generosity and good Lord willing I’ll stop in one day and introduce you to my wife so she can meet the ATeam 😎

These folks worked very hard to completely replace our carpet in a 40' Allegro Bus. The workmanship was excellent! They even removed the front seats to carpet underneath and in the drivers well. They replaced all the carpet under the 3 sinks. (not sure why tiffin puts carpet under them) I do most of my own work, but after seeing them do this, I am so glad I didn't try this myself! Just pulling the bed apart would probably have taken me 2 days, they did it in 10 minutes. They really went the extra mile to do it right, which I have found to be uncommon these days. After seeing the carpet finished, I will recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet replaced!! Also, book them Very early. When I called in February, the first day I could get was the middle of August.

Daniel and Carl are AWESOME!! They fixed our slide on our RV and lubed the awnings! Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and they are just SUPER friendly!! I recommend them to ANYONE that needs work on their Coach! They installed a full size washer/dryer in our coach last year and when we’re ready, they are going to install new flooring and refrigerator and inverter system!!! Call them, they can do just about anything on your coach! Thanks Daniel and Carl!

We are in Red Bay for a few days for service on our 2013 Allegro Bus. On our way south, our front roof AC stopped working.
I called MS rv solutions yesterday morning. They got me in today at noon.
I could not ask for quicker service. They found my fan capacitor was bad, I did not need a new roof AC unit as feared. They were extremely friendly, prompt, informative, helpful, courteous and the final repair cost was very fair. We were done and back at oir site in 2 hours.
I would highly recommend you use this company. You will not be disappointed.
One final note, I have never seen a repair shop as neat, clean and well maintained than this place. I was truly impressed.
