I have closed 2 houses with them and it was fine until then. Recently I have found some issues with the house I just bought and wanted to consult with the attorney. They gave me time and date to call me back but never received any call. It’s been a month i have been keep emailing to get an appointment but they are not responding. I was about to consider to use the same attorney to sell my older house, but changed my mind and moved to a different attorney. I would not recommend this law firm anymore.

My husband and I had a sell and buy situation as you can imagine there are a lot of moving parts and additional parties included. The ladies in office (Dawn and Michelle) made this process as seamless as possible and did a great job working as a team with our lender and realtor! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience even with the unforeseen bumps in the road with our title being cleared! Attorney Futtner and her team (Michelle and Dawn) were terrific through the entire process of our closing. Unfortunately would not recommend. Vince has been great in the past for family members of mine, so I thought he'd be perfect to recommend to my partner regarding a legal matter. I was wrong, and looked like a fool for speaking highly of him. Both times appointments were made, the office called to cancel due to "scheduling conflicts" the day of with very little notice. We get that things come up, but two cancelations and no return call to "reschedule" as addressed in their voicemail is unprofessional and bothersome when you're trying to get legal matters handled in a timely fashion. If you're a new client considering, I would advise you to look elsewhere.
