Mountain Limo: Telluride Airport Shuttle Service - Telluride, Colorado

The most irresponsible, unprofessional service imaginable. Over 24 hours in advance, ML confirmed a specific pickup time with us, in writing by email, so that we could make the one commercial flight that flies out of Telluride each day. ML is well-aware of the flight, knew we were on the flight, and knew we would be in a world of trouble if we didn't arrive at the airport on time. They charged us in advance. BUT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP! No call, no email, no explanation. ML literally abandoned us without notice, leaving us to frantically find alternative transportation at the last minute, which was itself a nightmare. Only because we got very lucky locating someone else to take us were we able to make our flight with literally two minutes to spare. Had we missed our flight, we also would have missed our connecting flight, and would have been stuck in Telluride with nowhere to stay, no way to return home for at least 48 hours, and out several thousand dollars. Avoid at all cost.

I've had a great experience using both their private transport and shared shuttle service. I like using the private transport from MTJ to Telluride so I can include a grocery stop and then shared for the return trip to save a bit of money. The drivers are polite, courteous and always tolerant of questions from my kids 🙂 We will continue using them for return trips!

My friend and I had rented a Jeep from Alamo (don't ever rent from Alamo!) and were stuck in a remote location when the Jeep broke down. Our driver from Mountain Limo (ask for Abel!) drove the 1.5 hours from Telluride to Dunton to pick us up and then took us to the Durango airport (another 1.5 hours) where a replacement car was supposed to be waiting (it wasn't). Our amazing driver Abel waited and would not leave us until he was sure we could get back to Telluride, and even went to bat for us (along with his dispatcher David) to ensure we could get a ride back to Telluride since the Alamo manager refused to help us. Abel was so kind and such a rock for us during this awful experience. I don't know what we would have done without him. He was with us for over 7 hours to ensure we were safe and got where we needed to be. And the dispatcher David went above and beyond as well, dealing with Alamo to make sure we could get a ride back to Telluride since Alamo dropped the ball (and provided ZERO assistance with a replacement car) without us having to pay for it. Really outstanding service from Abel and David! They were definitely the bright spots in our awful experience!

We used Mountain Limo for our wedding in Telluride. They transported our guests from the Ceremony at San Sophia Overlook to our Reception at Gorrono Ranch and then back down to the base of the Gondola at the end of the night! I have had nothing, but outstanding feedback from all of my guests about this service! They were great about rotating quickly to ensure no one was left waiting for a ride or felt stranded, and the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful for any special drop off locations that needed to happen! We could not have asked for a better experience on our wedding night and we’re so grateful to Mountain Limo for getting our guests to where they needed to be on our big day!!

We were a little apprehensive after reading the reviews but our experience was great. We use their shuttle service from Montrose to Telluride. Our driver was Bob and he was simply amazing! He was right on time, friendly and extremely helpful and drove very safely. Would highly recommend mountain limo their service was great. Ask for Bob because he's the best!

Also, one more thing to note: our friends had to cancel their reservation three days in advance and mountain limo was completely understanding. Their phone customer service is also very reliable.

Great experience with this team on multiple shuttle runs for a company ski trip to Telluride. Our community members, partners and riders/skiers were chatting about how great the drivers were. Lots of fun and great stories along the way too. Traci was awesome to work with. 5 of 5 recommend.
