I have been using Shari at Morrison tax service for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very thorough and have always had mine done pretty quick.

Poor communication, slow, they even lost my W2 for 2 weeks and failed to contact me to let me know what was taking so long. Now I’m having trouble receiving my tax return over 9 weeks later due to the Irs, and Morrison’s was supposed to help me track my return down and they don’t call back like they say they will and don’t return voicemails.. Never coming back.

Filled my 2019 taxes with them in 2020, well they never gave me a copy of my taxes and then a week or two later I get a letter from the irs saying they are having problems proving my identity and that I need my tax paper work so I called them and left a message with my name and phone number and how I needed a copy of my taxes and to this day I still haven't heard from them
