Was told I was assigned to an attorney and they were taking my work comp case for a neck injury. Never even got to speak to the attorney. Was called by a very rude woman who got details about the case that I had already answered twice on a questionnaire sent twice to me. I received a text stating they were happy to have me as a client and assumed they were taking my case.

They already had me sign contracts and release for my medical records before she called for the same details. Told me they would call me back in a couple of days. Waited a week and the only communication from them was the text stating they were happy to have me as a client. I have received a few texts and emails with a survey asking " tell us how we did". They hadn't done anything yet.

I called to try to find out my status on the case and had to make an appointment for a "phone call". The day I was supposed to get the phone call, I received an email instead stating they had decided to decline the case. Very sketchy and in my opinion, unethical practices. Should have reviewed my case to begin with before telling me you were representing me.

Morgan & Morgan has been entirely professional in every manner. All paperwork is clearly written in plain detail and can be easily read and understood by the client. Questions and messages are answered in a timely manner. There is a private client portal for adding pictures, information and updates to assist them with your case. Thus far, William and I are very pleased with Morgan & Morgan.

Great people but the on line part is a bit hard with old eyes. I find people are very helpful and understanding. They respond quickly with little lag time and the in personal interviews are very helpful. I don't feel like they are a big cold company with out feelings and they don't make you feel like you're a nothing or a nobody.
