gave me a ticket while i was delivering packages and food for my job . then mentioned in my appeal that i was parked. 😂 being parked means away from your vehicle and leaving it parked permenently not temporarily to be on the phone or deliver. they mentioned a law as if they invented the law so u can get a ticket even if your working for ups or amazon delivering. there appeal process is a joke and i doubt the superior court even will side with me as they take laws literally and dont even use common sense to apply these laws

I just got a citation without any reason i was park by the Aldi warehouse i just reached and park there no sign not even single house near by truck was start i am inside the truck. But I don’t know Cop came and put the citation on driver side window. He should tell us why don’t allow to park there. Officer CC473 should found the parking for all of truck before writing a citation. No more coming in Aldi i know Nothing happen if 1 truck stop coming over here. But this is the lesson for everyone if you stop coming in this city they start getting expensive freight. Best of luck

I'm an OTR truck driver delivering at Tony's Fine Foods off of Day St. I got a citation posted on my window parked on a vacant non residential. Absolutely no signage of no parking anywhere indicating no parking. No red paint curbs. There's no parking signs ONLY on the North Direction. Not south.

I am parked on an easement (public property, not private). Not obstructing the road, sidewalk or driveway. That's absolutely illegal to cite a parking violation without posted signage indicating no parking. Areas has to be marked.

I guess they'll slap anyone with a citation and doubt anybody will fight it. Boosting their qoutas?

Code enforcement showed up to town gate park to community kids football practice and started citing vehicles. They parked their vehicle on the grass and went car to car ticketing people that are just here to watch their children’s practice. It’s pretty sad that they would show up to something like this where a community as one comes together to provide a good service to its kids. You people are wrong for doing that.

Was literally given a violation for my car being on jack stand for less than 5 hours. I called to complain and prove that it wasn’t on stands for more than 72 hours and they never called me back My car runs perfectly fine and I got proof. My registration is up to date and insured. Why would I have a car that isn’t drivable?!?! Make it make sense

If i could give a quarter star i would. As a truck driver it's hard to find parking there...in a large warehouse district. It's idiotic planning. I ran out of service hours and found a space with no signs indicating a no parking zone. Woke up in the morning to do my pre-trip and found a ticket on my window... guess they need more money to finally fill all the warehouse district with no commercial vehicle parking signs. Paid. Don't have the time to go to court. They have a nice rackett going.

I called to file a claim last week regarding a mattress set that has been sitting at the edge of a residential driveway, yet blocking a pedestrian sidewalk and fire hydrant. Its been there for at least three weeks now.
When I called to file the complaint, I was told that a report would be filed and a letter would be mailed to the homeowners. Exactly one week later the set is still sitting there so I called to follow up this morning. I was told that a report was never filed. The reason: it was "city maintenance" who was in charge since it was on the sidewalk. After I reiterated it was in the homeowners driveway and also blocking the fire hydrant and pedestrian sidewalk the customer service representative (Virginia) reluctantly filed a report.
It's unfortunate that there are residents of this city who take no pride in where they live. That said, it's even more disappointing when person's working for the city can't manage a simple referral to whichever agency is in charge.

**According to CS representative, there were no notes to state that it had been referred to "city maintenance."
