THE WORST tax service I’ve ever dealt with. This company is as incompetent as they come. I have never had any issues in all my years of filing taxes until we decided to allow Eric Moore at Moore’s Tax Services to prepare our taxes. Our taxes were filed and Moore’s said we were getting a refund, now we’re being audited by the IRS. I had to contact a tax attorney for assistance because they took no accountability for the errors they made. I try to always support black owned business but the unprofessional manner in which our taxes were filed along with the unprofessional customer service I received makes it difficult to continue with that support. I unequivocally DO NOT recommend this company for any services and I have filed a complaint with the IRS.

On the word of my uncle we tried Moore's Tax Services 17 years ago...and for 17 years they have prepared our taxes. Even more telling is that we stay in another state and look forward every year, not just for the the preparation but he family atmosphere. Ms.Moore and Eric are like family now, and if in doubt just give them a try you will be happy. The entire staff as soon as you enter the door are very professional and friendly.

If I could give a zero I would. My husband and I went to Eric for tax services and to Create a LLC for his company. He completed taxes with out issues, but never did anything with the LLC. Thankfully I only paid for half of the LLC services up front. We started the processes in Feb of last year, after March he stopped communicating with us. All my calls went unanswered and emails went with out response. We went to a different company and the process was very quick. When they searched to see if anything had been started with the process, they found nothing had been done. So he took our money and did none of the promised work.
