Moore & Associates were very helpful & informative to my family & I.. our case did take a while but Curt & Melissa were always on top of everything & made the process as fast & smooth as they could.. They were very caring with our situation & we appreciate that so much.. Curt answered any & all questions we had with no problem & was patient with us when we would call with more questions.. on behalf of my dad, we would like to say thank you to Curt, Melissa, MariAngela & anyone else that helped on our case for doing what y’all could for us.. my dad would’ve appreciated you all so much.. we hope you all continue to succeed & help others in their time of need..

I called them and was sent a questionnaire to complete which I did. Didn't hear anything back so I called them and spoke with someone who asked questions..spent at least 15 minutes answering questions then got told well I can't help you because I'm not an attorney so at this point I responded with I just wasted my time she puts me on hold and few minutes later Ms Moore gets on the phone and says something about me not being happy and I explain to her why and then was rude. After explaining my situation she asks what did I want as an outcome. It was finally decided I would wait and see if anything else happened to which it did. I have called 3 times, twice leaving a message for a return call, but have not got no call returned. I would not recommend and I agree with the other negative reviews.

I had a case Moore & Associates handled and it couldn't have gone better. Communication was great for the long period of time it takes to go through the courts. It ended very badly for the other party. I have to give much credit to Curt for listening attentively & sorting out the case through the whole process. Also Melissa was the dream team, she's like a cougar that goes for the juggler. I almost felt sorry for the defendants. Needless to say, I was very satisfied & impressed with them both and all the office staff are VERY professional and courteous.

For 3 months I have been trying to get this attorney to return my call or set up a consultation. I have a very strong case and no one here seems to be interested in even returning a phone call. I have sent over all of my documents but every time I call I get told that the attorneys are busy with court and will reach out to me. No one ever returns my calls or emails. After reading more reviews I see that this is a pattern. I don't think it's too much to ask to simply receive a phone call back. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.
