First visit were a bunch of X-rays and some poking for pocket depth. They recommended a deep cleaning followed by periodic periodontal cleaning to minimize bone loss due to gingivitis gum disease. So far I have had the deep cleaning which they did in two sessions. Trisha Horton is fantastic. She explained what she was going to do and did a great job. I saw before and after pictures, what a difference. She also went into detail on what I can do to help prevent more problems and highlighted areas I should pay attention to . The office staff are friendly and thorough. I highly recommend. I can’t comment on cost, insurances are different. The deep cleaning cost me $595 after insurance which I originally thought was high but now think it was a value. I’ll comment again down the road.

The front desk people were very nice and welcoming, the hygienist was asking me questions and getting to know me a little named Mia! The doctor named Dr. Dasbach is the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. Thx for the great first visit! I’d recommend going if you can.

I’ve had a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning (because of gum recession) by Nayelli Marlen and both experiences have been gentle and calm! As much anxiety as I usually have at the dentist, it’s been completely fine. Everyone has been kind and welcoming, even making great conversation and caring about my personal life.

When I found I needed advanced dental procedures, I was able to schedule a new patient appointment quickly. They made my visit easy and comfortable and I would not hesitate to recommend their office to my family and friends.

This office was amazing! I had significant anxiety and they were all sensitive to this as well as my other medical conditions. The dentist cared about my comfort all the way through having a tooth repaired. They were respectful of my time, which I greatly appreciated. The team also worked well with my little one on the spectrum. Glad my family was able to find a dentist office for the whole family!

Tricia is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. So thorough and communicative, and has never hurt me. I just love her! Marlene and Chelsea at the front desk are efficient and sweet.

I saw the following staff and had a good experience. Zaid Al Salman, DDS did great work on extracting my tooth.

Tricia Horton, RDH did a great job with my deep cleaning. She was very gentle. She did apply a gel to help numb the are. But even after the cleaning I had no discomfort.

Katarina Dasbach, DDS did my 3 crowns all in an afternoon. No pain or discomfort afterwards. Did need to go back after a couple of days for minor adjustments to the crowns for my bite but no problems since.

Sadly this started out as a great experience. I brought my son here for a 2nd opinion on his cavities. The dentist was great. She was very nice to him, as they don't normally see children.
I cannot say the same for myself. I had a terrible experience with a deep cleaning. Without going into detail, it was excruciating and I almost had a panic attack. I was told I could have nitrous and then they found out they were out of it, so I suffered through the appt in tears.
I then paid several hundred dollars for a bacteria test. I have yet to receive the results and when I called, I was told I needed to call back when a certain staff was available. I have yet to receive another update.
2 months later, when the trauma from the first deep cleaning subsided, I went back for my second cleaning. This was after I had to book an appt. with only a specific staff, who had limited availability and could provide the nitrous.
When I arrived, in a snowstorm, I was told that they did not have the nitrous. When I asked why I was not notified prior to driving there, I was told it was because I had cancelled prior.
I am not sure what kind of customer service they are looking to provide, but the lady behind the front desk was horrible. Her facial expression was negative, her tone was rude, and her overall demeanor was disrespectful. I called the office within 5 minutes of leaving to have my records sent and ironically was put on hold for 5 minutes and never updated. I had to call back again.
Overall, I experienced great dentists but the front desk staff were awful and the communication was even worse. I do not recommend.
