To be fair, Michael was very helpful and friendly when I first met him. My problem was more towards the fact that is't hard to get a call back after leaving a message to them and also the lady in the office (Carla Johnson) is very confrontational and very defensive when all I was trying to do was understand what was happening with the taxes they file for me about a year ago.

I was referred to them by a co-worker and who also took his business elsewhere because of some of the reasons I mention before.

I was never rude or anything close to it when talking to Carla, but she just got extremely defensive and very dry when all I needed was some guidance to solve my problem.
