I'd give them 0 stars if I could. After being referred here by the insurance I pay for every pay period, then waiting almost a week for a call back, finally getting through and being told (after a 20 min speech) that they didn't have time for my case and I couldn't get a word in anyways. I don't enjoy being talked over, ignored or talked down to. Poor excuse for an attorney. I'd literally use ANYONE else.

I highly recommend anyone going through a step-parent adoption / custody case to take the time to meet with Betty Hardy. She has made what seems to be one of the most stressful and exhausting times in our lives, simple. Regardless of the question, she had an answer. She is very sharp in and out of the court room. Ms. Betty has brought so much justice to not only our daughter but to our entire family. The staff at the firm (Connie is usually who helps us) are very professional, easy to talk to and are personable. 10/10 recommend for anyone!

Mr. Montgomery was competent and easy to work with. I’ve had to have lawyers before and his prices are very reasonable he is down to earth and easy to talk to. He returns your calls and his receptionist is very nice too. All in all it was a good experience having him represent me. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I was in a custody battle for quite a while and unfortunately went through several different attorneys. Once I found Mrs. Betty Hardy everything seemed to change. She knocked it out of the park for me and was able to bring everything over the finish line. I give her a 10 out of 10 and would recommend her to anyone! So thankful for everything she’s done!
