Let me say, I had to apostillate a document last minute with absolutely NO idea on where or what to do. Sam answered all of my questions and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she offered suggestions and advice to better help my process. She then got the business owner , Shawn , to personally answer any further questions I may have. Shawn is also very professional and helpful, very patient and gladly answers any questions you may have . Definitely 5/5 experience, highly recomemnd.

I had a great time with Shawn, no matter I didn’t schedule an appointment the moment I called his agency his assistant immediately told me that he will accommodate me. 5 to 8 mins and there he was at his office. All my needs were addressed and he is a good mam to talked with!
