Contacted the Texas State Bar and the local police because David Minces depicted unethical conduct towards my case and also his refusal to delete my documents and share them with 3rd parties against my permission and will although he is not representing me. I contacted Minces and Rankin for a consult on 2/27, they stated they were accepting clients. I sent all documents requested and David Minces went on vacation for a week before returning to decline me representation stating his "case load" a month after I initially contacted him although I was to be contacted in a week. David Minces utilized his "privilege" to cover his deceptive Buisness acts. While David Minces was on vacation I was requested to provide the right to sue letter. Any legal firm, which I've contacted several knows that once the right to sue is issued you only have a short time frame to file suit. David Minces had all the appropriate documents to evaluate my case and did not need the right to sue. Had I not requested for the right to sue I would have had an additional 95 days to find legal representation. David Minces and his firm were extremely unethical, manipulative and deceptive. His firm place me in a terrible situation by asking me to obtain the right to sue with no intention to represent me or pursue legal action. All the Attorneys I contacted stated they would not represent me due to the right to sue already being issued as they stated only the Attorney representing you is responsible for requesting such document. Of course David Minces will make statements like I need a background check anything to deflect his erroneous mistakes, meanwhile I have no background.
