I called Mikasa as they pulled up for notary public service on google. Upon my phone call getting information on this provided service they informed me that the norwich office is closed and I would have to go to waterford office. I showed up at 930am (within buisness hours) and they were not in office on a Friday.
I called to get more information, and they informed me they were in the Norwich office training, and Fri-Sat. I asked if I need an appointment he then told me yes, when this should have been mentioned by them on the first phone call.
Long story of back and forth short.

I would not recommend there service as they did not portray any professionalism, customer service, and dont seem to know about there own buisness/location.
