My opinion they're not very good I actually had them a couple years ago. They lied to me I was going through a kid custody you know they made me choose a child. And they lied to me they said I can see my kids on every holiday they never kept that word now I have to go through them again they don't call me they don't get ahold of me they sent me a package to fill out. I told him I cannot read very well. They told me to do the best I can that's not really very nice to tell somebody has disabilities I've been calling and calling and calling you're better off not going to court I think I'm not going to court I'm dropping it they making me wait for my answers and that's not cool is it too late now to do anything because now he's in prison they're ready too long and that's not fair to me

Incompetent at getting meaningful help. Too much inconsistency between what different employees will tell you. Too many dropped calls and no immediate callback.

Absolute trash. Keeps rescheduling appointments with no advance notice. How the hell are you supposed to enroll in services when they refuse to give you a chance to apply. Wish Google would fix their rating system so you could actually give zero stars.

If I could give negative stars then that might represent the services provided by attorney, Jay Barton. I would have been better off if I did not have an attorney. Jay Barton does NOT read emails and does NOT use Casenet! He showed up for court on the wrong day! He told the judge on our 4th time in court that we had already been there 4-5 times. He could not keep his facts straight on other issues, too.
He did not look at the evidence that I provided to him as his client and spoke to about to him about on multiple occasions. He later denied having received it from me in an email. He made fun of the attorney on the other side, and he spoke many times about his years of experience and us not needing to do anything to prepare...even though I have a mental disability that includes severe anxiety.

He shamed me, his client, after court for saying things "the wrong way on the stand", but he did nothing to prepare for court. He said everything was fine, that it was an easy case and we didn't need to prepare when I asked him about it. I told him everything good and bad about me to prepare for the case, which was very hard because he preferred to talk about his experience. In court he actively worked to discredit me on the stand! He did not tell me in advance or indicate in any way that he did not want to represent me even though we met at court several times for the other side to ask for rescheduling.

Since court doesn't allow you to redo because your attorney a mess, there is no second chance for me to keep the order of protection I had...until the perp hurts me again. So I have to continue to live in fear.

My daughters been kidnapped my their psycho mother and they denied me..
The police won't do anything I can't afford a lawyer.. I'm screwed. My newborn daughter will literally be raised if she makes it with out knowing her father cuz mo is sick and corrupt like everything else

Useless.... I waited over a week and was lied to about the call back time a day after they said they would call and I wasted over a week for a phone call and they told me it's a conflict of interest I should have been told that and the person involved that is the conflict of interest is able bodied and adult that was making 75k last year and I'm disabled and now have to find an attorney out of pocket

Only reason this is two stars is because of what they offer in services. Does no good if it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. It always comes to getting a call back at some random time and day. God forbid your not looking at your phone for a minute or it's back to waiting who knows how long.
