Totalmente recomendables! Nos gestionaron el desahucio de los inquilinos morosos en poco tiempo. Estábamos desesperados y nos ayudaron mucho, atendieron todas nuestras consultas con interés y, tal y como Marta Mingo nos indicó, se fueron dando todos los procesos hasta que pudimos recuperar nuestra vivienda. Pagué las árras de un piso que finalmente los dueños no quisieron venderme y tampoco devolverme las arras. Marta mandó un burofax a los dueños, y esto fue lo único que hizo. Me explicó que era un caso difícil, que el papeleo firmado era ambiguo, y que posiblemente nunca me devolverán el dinero. Un año después y con otro abogado me han devuelto el doble de las arras y otros gastos.

Tenemos un inquilino moroso, por casualidad me encontre con Middlenton abogados, con un tal Miriam, les he pasado el caso por correo electronico, me dicen que por Covid 19 solo hacen llamadas telefonicas pero que hay que pagar antes de la llamada 60 euros + iva ?
