Da Scene: About a month of use so far... Stumbled upon these guys while researching how to get a AMEX Centurion "Black" card... since I won't be charging 450K yearly anytime soon, I thought this would be a
cool compromise. It's been really FUN, has started several conversations even in this time of COVID!

Da Goods: I had two cards done for me and my girl - I picked our most used card the AMEX Aspire Hilton Honors. For me I selected an intricate Illuminati design, for the wife a simpler logo with a text treatment for her business. The end result happily surpassed my expectations.

It's a bit thicker and almost twice as heavy as our metal Chase Sapphire Preferred cards. Basic functionality as expected, chip works in a wide variety of card readers; as well as swipe without issue. I worried needlessly about the thickness, that maybe it was too think... but it's fine, and really feels good in your hand, substantial.

BONUS you get your original card back, and while the chip has been transferred and there's a hole in the card, the swipe still works, so you effectively have a "backup". I find myself using that card for mundane tasks like gas stations, etc. and whipping out the MCC card when picking up restaurant tabs or when I need to "hand " the card to someone... love the looks and conversation that ensues.

Da Service: They have their system down pretty pat. I placed an order during a holiday sale which was a GREAT deal for 2 cards that will last for 4 years. You get an intro email, then a design email... while you are in the design stage you'll receive a packet with instructions and a Priority return envelope. I went back & forth on my design as my 1st submissions didn't work well engraved and they offer to etch my design and it looks fantastic. YMMV, my design stage took about a week, if you have a hi-rez image and concept ready, you can be done in 1-2 days. The back of the card has a lot of information, and logo, but I got it all in there! After my designs were approved, I froze and sent our AMEX cards to the lab and they were done and back to us in 4 days. All around, it went very well and the design folks are really good to work with and accommodating.

This was REALLY FUN, and you can count me a highly satisfied customer, thanks for a great job!

This is my 1st time ordering a custom card with this company. They exceeded my expectation from the beginning. Excellent customer service. They emailed me a prepaid label and as soon as it was received I received confirmation. My metal card was received sooner than I though and the product exceeded my expectations too. I've already commenting on the card. Planning on getting a couple more soon. The card looks awesome and feels heavy, the front of the card is perfect and the chip was placed in perfectly. The back has everything my original card did and looks even better.

Love the quality of my custom credit card. I’ve had it for a couple of years already and have gotten multiple compliments from my friends and servers / bartenders. Definitely gets their attention! Customer service is superb, my magnetic strip stop working and I sent it in and had it back within a week. They love and support the military which is a plus! Highly recommend paying extra for their warranty program!

I was a little hesitant at first mailing away my credit card but now that I've got it back it looks amazing and I have really enjoyed using it. I get compliments almost every time I use my credit card. It's unique and is a great conversation piece.

Production time is about 4 weeks. Very hard to work with these turn around times.

The cards are great, but it seems like they only tailor to smaller single orders. So just a heads up if you want to do larger orders, plan months in advance just in case something happens.

I've placed an order with your company already which is why I said the cards are good and wanted to reorder and was quoted 4 weeks!
