I wanted to write this review because when my family was searching for the right attorney, I felt scared. I wanted to find someone that we could trust, which was a hard one for me. We set up a meeting with Tom after reading his impressive credentials. He came across as genuine and seemed to really understand our circumstances, even though they were unique. Due to the nature of our case (and by no fault of Tom’s), it ended up dragging on for years.
Tom was right about everything. I expected him to be able to navigate through things, but his anticipatory senses were something to behold. He is well respected by judges and other attorneys. He knew exactly when we needed handholding and was genuinely happy to do so. We got to know Tom well throughout this case and on many occasions, we verbalized not being able to imagine where we would be if we hadn’t chosen Tom to represent us.
If I could tell the readers of this review anything about Tom, it would be that if he’s willing to take your case, you will not find a better attorney suited for the job. You can trust what he says and that he takes his ethics oaths and responsibility to act in your best interest very seriously. He is well known in the field and has the experience needed to navigate with confidence. You will feel safe with him and be glad he is on your side.

Phenomenal , that's how I would describe my experience with Merriman Legal . I was in a really bad place and wasn't sure what to do , or who to talk to about it . I heard about The Merriman Legal group , called set an appointment and met with Tom himself . He reassured me they could help me . My case was against a Nationwide huge company and I figured a small independent Lawyer would either be intimidated , or just out gunned by such a huge company . Tom wasn't intimidated at all . He took my case , assigned me an incredible Lawyer named Ladi Williams . They explained how it would go , and that's exactly how it went . They completely handled that huge company with ease . I was really impressed with how well I was treated from day one to the day we were done . If you need help with anything , I would call these people . From the first day I met Tom , then working with Ladi , it was so nice being represented by true professionals . Hell , even the lady that works there that isn't a Lawyer was a professional .
