All of these bad reviews are outdated, we had an excellent experience with our 3 year old son. We were able to make an appointment over the phone on our way in, and we were seen within 5 minutes of our appointment time. There was a little bit of a prolonged wait for the culture results, but this is to be expected at an urgent care facility. The staff was amazing, and Doctor Hall was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The 'doctors' here have made me lose some faith in humanity and society. This is not a place to receive medical care; this is a place to waste your own resources being seen by unthinking, 'check boxes on a list' hacks who will offer you as little as they can while billing you for everything they can get away with. Going to this facility is participating in a social experiment designed to shift your perspective towards accepting computerized, algorithm-based healthcare for a premium price... you WILL come out feeling you would have received more accurate, expedient, and heartfelt assistance from a literal unfeeling machine.
Save your time, money, headache, and sanity, and please go somewhere else... not for me, but for yourself or your loved ones.

Beware of the name urgent care. I recently took my son during the urgent care hours due to a medicine induced rash and received good help. A few weeks later when I received the bill, Mercer Health does not honor the copay that my insurance has because it is not a true urgent care facility. They billed me the full amount of the visit as outpatient care. They did not even honor the ER visit copay that my insurance has. Very disappointed in Mercer Health and I will not be going to this "urgent care" anymore. UPDATE - after 7 months fighting this with my employer and insurance company, Mercer Health still does not honor the urgent care co-pay. We will not be using this facility anymore in the future.

This place is a waste of time. I sat waiting for two hours and barely talked to anyone. There were barely any other patients there. They couldn’t even run any of the tests I needed. I ended up having to come out of my room to get any sort of help after sitting and waiting a ridiculous amount of time. They only thing they even gave me was a nausea pill and if I knew that I would’ve just stayed home as it didn’t even help.

Intake was nice, nurse was wearing regular street clothes that came in. The Dr. Duda. Was alright he didn't help my son much at all and was rude to him. He's five and sick. He also said that my other diagnosis from specialists was not a real thing. He probably shouldn't be a doctor if he doesn't know much about anything. This place has never been good but it seems worse than ever. 3 years later updated review, still awful. Rude staff and intake. Never felt so awful trying to get help for my sick son and myself. They are snarky and couldn't seem to even listen to me during intake. Had to repeat myself many times just to be met with a bad attitude.

Great experience as usual. Open late for people who work or can't get in to primary. Staff is always friendly and to the point. Dr. Kelly and Dr. D I recommend... can't forget the front desk and the nurses also..

I have been here a few times in the past few years and everytime has been great. We never had to wait too long. Took my son in earlier this week for problems with covid and were there maybe 30 minutes. We called ahead for an appointment, may be why it was so quick. Dr. Duda and staff were very nice and helpful and the piece of mind was worth it.
