Attorney Merced is an incredible attorney. She is the first family lawyer that I encountered that really cared about my family case and not just her retainer. I have dealt with other male family attorneys in the past and they were very dismissive and treated me like I was just their hourly fee. She truly cares about all parties involved and what is in the best interest of the child. She is very smart and is a great advocate for her client. DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I'm still trying to figure out the last time that anyone has been this rude and unprofessional to me before. Attorney Merced's paralegal has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. Here I am trying to obtain Attorney Merced's services to represent me, but with the way she spoke to me, so dismissive and rude, you would think they saw me as the enemy. And to think, according to her words, it was Attorney Merced that told her to be this way. Mind you this is after several attempts and voicemails I left Attorney Merced to call me back. Didn't have the courtesy to call me herself, she let her paralegal do it in the nastiest way. And that's only the tip of the iceberg. Too much to write. Run!!! I promise you, you do not want to hire this Attorney for anything at all. Unprofessional. I can imagine how horrible her body of work is if this is the way she goes about treating her clients, or potential clients in this instance.
