McNamara Law Firm is outstanding. We used them to create our personal trust and they were extremely patient and helpful. They answered all of our questions and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I personally had to go through the probate process for a parents estate many years ago and it was not a pleasant process dealing with the probate court. McNamara Law Firm is THE top of the line firm for trusts, estate planning and Elder Care. I was in a fix after my mom passed and her usual law firm had no interest in helping me navigate the convoluted world of family trusts. Jane's firm swept in and took care of everything. Not only does Jane make it easy to understand, her Paralegal Miriam is the hands on "fixer." Between the two of them they were an exemplary team. They were so good when my wife and I needed to set up our own living trust, we went straight to them, and they once again proved they were the platinum standard. Yet their rates are competitive.
