From day 1 it’s been one of the most positive experiences in my life. My first contact was with Jessica. She literally allowed me to vent, cry and voice my concerns for at least an hour. I appreciated her dedication to me, my circumstances as I had not become a client at that time. She made me feel heard and understood. I also did not feel forced to hire this firm which was a contributing factor to my decision to move forward with this group.
