They have been handling my case for four months now with little professionalism and follow through. I don’t receive updates unless I call. The attorney handling my case has made a lot of empty promises to get further information and get back to me but has failed every time. I would never use this firm again and I would not recommend. You are better off settling directly with the insurance company rather than giving them almost 40% when they are not working in the best interest of you as the client.

Worst experience ever with a law firm. My lawyer- Cole blatantly lied to me yesterday stating my medical bills were requested two months ago from a clinic I’ve build a good relationship with over the last six months. When I contacted them today, they stated they had not received any request for medical records. Two months have passed and since there’s been no follow-up from the law office with the clinic - nothing has moved with my case which opened in July last year. Since my case has opened there’s been little activity and no initiative taken from the attorneys or their staff. I never receive calls or updates. I have to reach out to them every time to communicate and request a status update. I would not recommend this law firm and would not use their services ever again!

I contacted this law firm to handle my case, and my experience was extremely disappointing. It was nearly impossible to reach the lawyer directly, and whenever I spoke with someone else, they would claim they could assist me but then defer to the lawyer for any substantive answers. Even when I finally managed to speak with the lawyer, they seemed uninformed about my case. I had to escalate my concerns directly to Mr. McCormick himself, sending a strongly worded email, just to see any progress. While this did prompt some action initially, it was short-lived, as the communication breakdown persisted. I had to continually follow up to make any headway. Ultimately, they settled for the least amount of compensation possible, despite my repeated requests to advocate for more. My hope is to never be in another car accident, but if I am, I certainly won't be turning to this law firm for assistance. I can not in good conscience recommend this to anyone.

This law firm is horrible….I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog. They are supposedly big but they don’t care nothing about their client. I had to call them numerous times just to get a follow up. Don’t sign with them they appear great but they lack sensitivity or follow through. My case is still pending and I haven’t heard anything In over three weeks. The reviews that are favorable are not true. Go somewhere else. They don’t care.. Trust this review

Follow up
As of today, this law firm was given 25,000 dollars from one of the insurance companies and they are holding it refusing to release it to me and they tell me they put it in escrow. I still have my issue and again... they don't care. I got one conversation from the operational manager and until today... over a month nothing. Horrible... Horrible...

I’ve been waiting a month for my settlement check and have reached out multiple times asking where it was with zero response.

I would not recommend this lawfirm.
They send me to a quack dr for my back injury who said I need to become a vegan to heal the tear in my spinal discs and also heal my herniated discs.

I asked to have a dr change for that reason multiple different times and also because the dr was so far from my house and was not given a new dr.

So I’ve gone over a year now without treatment because nobody will see me on my own health insurance until this lawsuit was completed. I got a penance of $14,000 which won’t even cover my insurance out of pocket costs for a year.

I was harassed by these people daily. They went as far as contacting my family members on Facebook because I was so overwhelmed with the constant harassment and stopped answering their calls. Extremely unprofessional and I still don’t have a penny to get the medical care I need.

If you want zero say in your medical care then go with them. I, however, as a single parent with a physical job can not afford to be disabled as I’m the only means of support for my kids. I’ve gone a year without the care I deserve and have been paying out of pocket for alternative care.

I had an issue with my attorney getting back to me when I called. I would leave messages several times before I could reach him. Other than that it went fine.
