We could not be more happy with Mr. McCaslin. My husband and I had a long conversation with him in the beginning and he really helped us understand our rights and our options. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and above all honest and patient with with us and all the questions we had. Every step of the way they stayed in contact with us. AMAZING!! You know how you’ve heard nightmare stories about lawyers being rude and self centered? Well if that’s the type of lawyer you want, DO NOT come here because David McCaslin is the exact opposite of the stereotypes you hear of. He was EXTREMELY friendly and worked tirelessly throughout the entirety of my long and drawn-out case. If you want a kind, friendly, down-to-earth lawyer that will fight for you every step of the way, you MUST go to McCaslin & McCaslin.

And I can’t forget Marie. She was there every step of the way, eager and happy to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process even when Mr. McCaslin was unavailable.
