Hello. If you are reading this, you are as maniacal and analytical in your search processes as I. This read will help you. I guarantee it.

Estate planning is a complicated, in depth process similar to mixing ingredients for a complicated casserole or a multi course meal. You need the correct ingredients, but also the best chef to yield the perfect combination of tastes. McCartha Law…. HAS the ingredients and they ARE the best chef to prepare your legal meal. Allow me to elaborate.

For Estate Planning, I had spoken to no less than 6 (six) Law firms offering services prior to finding McCartha Law. I called each of them to screen for suitability in detail. As a rule, I do not like Lawyers and I am VERY particular about allowing anyone into my business. The different firms were advertised in various ways and after speaking to several people at each firm, all of them left me less than impressed. Most were more concerned about establishing their fee than clarifying my needs. Most were less than accommodating, citing heavy caseloads.

After searching over the course of weeks. I was left with the urge to discard the idea of an actual human I could work with and simply succumbing to the cookie-cutter format of online services, despite the risk of not having tailored solutions. And then I found McCartha Law.

First, Jason and Jennifer McCartha are consummate professionals. A finer, more professional team I have not encountered in my life. The reason is they combine their extensive experience with PRINCIPLED personal attention and laser focus on details to provide a unique and effective overall planning experience which is second to none.

Without revealing details of my own planning, I can only explain Jason’s planning process as a visual and verbal education tailored to client needs which, upon completion, will leave you feeling as they intend… cared for, instead of processed for a paycheck. Their integrity is beyond question, by my experience, and I am NOT easy to please.

Information is presented clearly, concisely and in great detail. All questions, concerns and special circumstances are addressed individually and to complete satisfaction. Outlined processes are transparent to the letter. Fees are calculated with fair and principled discretion based on need and the value I received for services was more than reasonable. The entire experience can NOT be overstated and I am entirely satisfied.

McCartha Law is much more than just a firm. They are human beings who care about your planning and your family. They are professionals guided on principle and values instead of their bottom line.

I don't have enough space on Google to express convey the depth that Jason and Jennifer went into with my wife and I about our estate planning. I've done many things in my life and estate planning was something I always put off. I found them to be warm people with a love for helping others and extremely well versed in their profession. Jason and Jennifer McCartha are wonderful and easy to work with while getting an Estate Plan in order. The way Jason and Jennifer break the law down into laymen terms is amazing; because let's face it, unless you are a lawyer, half the terms that come along with Estate Planning leaves you saying "uhm, whaaat" over and over again.
