"Our criminal defense attorneys have represented clients throughout Park Hills for more than 20 years and have a reputation for favorable results." - Favorable for who, the state or your client?
"We know you are innocent until proven guilty, and we make sure your case gets a fair, unbiased hearing where you have the chance to defend yourself." - My experience with James Joyce has shown that this statement is false. He has acted as judge, jury, and executioner without any consideration of his client's defense. He will not file motions of discovery, he will not request information pertaining the client's side of events, and it is a fact that he can't recognize his client in the courtroom.
"Beyond our experienced litigation skills, our criminal trial lawyers are also highly effective negotiators and will seek a fair plea agreement before trial. We represent all types of criminal cases, including both misdemeanors and felonies." - Due to James Joyce's inability to communicate with clients this statement is also false. Again, he has failed to file motions of discovery or request client's side of events before settling up with the prosecuting attorney.
Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend James Joyce or any firm that he associates with.

Holly and her assistant Karla were so sweet and helpful. Holly helped me in getting my SSI after trying on my own for 4 years! Highly recommend. Very professional and knowledgeable.

If I could rate no stars I would! I've had to deal with this jackwagon for years for a bankruptcy that takes 6 weeks. His office staff is rude, no one cares and can't ever get ahold of anyone. I am so done with their services. Do Not Use!

Went on personal business. Receptionist was very nice, no long waiting. Very friendly but professional place. Mr. Joyce was very helpful & patient while hearing my case. Made me feel like a person, not just a number . Will use his services again.
