If anyone in Northern Utah want to sell or buy a house please use Max Fletcher he is honest, amazing, and one heck of a person we now call family. He not only sold our house but also helped is buy our next house. He has been with us every step of the way has helped with cleaning our back yard, offered to help move some things if needed. He has definitely become part of our family and definitely glad we have found him. I rarely leave reviews because very few situations impress me enough to take the time and effort. Max Fletcher has done exactly that and then SO MUCH MORE!

My mother needed to move from her 2400 sq ft home into assisted living, and as you'd imagine, had decades of items collected and gathered. I was completely overwhelmed with liquidating everything (I suggested a fire in the town home but nobody liked that idea) and was referred to Max.

We first met in the middle of June 2024, loved his proposal that he do the entire liquidation and then list the home. He had loads of experience, and extremely happy clients, so we went under contract with him and his team to do everything. WOW, just WOW! We had the liquidation sale mid July with the home on the market towards the end of July. Long story short: the home sold for 2k under listing (your results may vary) and we had the closing yesterday (9/19/24).

Here's why Max is head-and-shoulders above EVERY realtor in the northern Utah area: Not only does he do exactly what he says he'll do but he communicated everything with us along the way and understood the nuances of our real estate market. It has been a perfect experience (he may feel we asked too many questions but always treated us with professionalism and dignity)

Mom is thrilled and nicely settled (he even helped me move Mom into the assisted living) and we have enough funds to pay for her living arrangements for many years.
