I engaged Matt Osborne, PC early last year after erroneous information was reported to and maintained on my credit files. Matt was able to successfully file suits in Federal court against a financial institution and the credit bureaus. Based on the circumstances, there was no upfront fee on my part. In the end, through his legal maneuvering and expertise, Matt and his firm were able obtain large settlements from each defendant. I highly recommend Matt as we were very pleased with the work he did for us. We needed his expertise on a consumer fraud issue. He and Michael were always in touch with us to keep us up to date.
