We just closed on a property with Mat Su Title and it was such a good experience! Skye was amazing! She made everything simple and was so nice! She also helped us on another property deed that First American Title totally screwed up and has been a huge headache for us, and she notarized some other miscellaneous documents for us, saving us a ton of time! I've been going to Mat su Title for more than 40 years because of their top notch professional service and reasonable fees. They do a great job getting the details of even complicated title transfers and loan closings right the first time. The customer service is horrible - the condescending attitude of the folks working there was beyond rude. We will not use them again and are terminating this transaction and moving to a different title company. Sad we can all be busy but some think they are irreplaceable and have a right to be disrespectful and down right rude.
