We've had our mail box with them for many years, and everything has been wonderful, until recently when we lost our mail keys. We have important things we need to be able to get from our mail, and now for the last several days I have put in six phone calls that all just end in me being hung up on (no voicemail option), and I have emailed them four times and the only response I got was from someone named Janice just telling me to call the phone number I had already been calling. I tried to explain that I've been calling this number in several emails, And I've also tried to be very kind and understanding in my communications because I have no other option other than getting a PO box where I live. I don't want to feel like I'm being forced to use a company that has bad service and I have to walk on eggshells just so that hopefully I can get some new keys. It's extremely serious not being able to receive mail, checks for a business, important medications, and to have just zero communication outside of call the phone number that we won't answer is very infuriating. I know I'm going to have to be putting in more phone calls and emails And on top of that they are now closed for the next 3 days as they don't have hours Friday through Sunday, meaning that it's going to be now over a week that I'm not going to have any remedy to this situation at least. Even if I had correspondence that was telling me they're doing the best they can but they just don't have time for me or something, but just nothing? So here I am hoping the owner sees this review and somebody actually tries to help us get this figured out instead of just ignoring us.
