It took a very good reason to choose a firm 367 miles away from me and Jon and MPP provided it. After Jon did the intake over the phone and gave me as much time as I needed to explain a complicated affair, my wife and I discussed it and retained MPP the next day. I knew MPP would put my mind at ease and resolve the matter in my favor, and they certainly did - expeditiously and with authority, dispatching the claimants with prejudice.
Brett Leal handled the case and, as expected, had an intricate understanding of relevant law, but also picked up on things I never considered which resulted in an extremely strong draft letter. This got the ball rolling in my direction right away and we wrapped it up shortly thereafter.
It was easy to maintain contact with Brett and his support staff when I needed a follow up or had a quick question. I certainly hope I don't find myself needing another lawyer, but if I do, I will call Brett and MPP straightaway.

Our company had a customer with a fairly large outstanding balance (for a small business) that we tried in every way to collect. Marshall Presley and Pipal PLLC worked their magic and we not only received the full amount owed with partial interest but all attorney fees as well.
