Want to get taken for a ride? Then choose Marmic! We had their tech out for some services and he found a flaw in our system that would cost $5,500. While I did trust his expertise, I decided to get a second opinion. The second technician’s analysis was that all valves operated normally. Marmic was just trying to cash in on the $5,500 job. Please see the attached photos as evidence that the “faulty” valves are fully operational.

The restaurant business is tough as it is, don’t let these guys make it more difficult!

You guy do not come here I repeat do not come here… they told me one price at drop off.. then when it was time to pick up it was 100$ more… Company is not good at all… and really don’t care about customer service… I came all the way for Aurora

Find a different company to service and inspect you fire safety items. This company almost never answers the phone, they don't call you back when you leave a message, doesn't respond to emails, they do not do their job correctly and now is so expensive that the company is not even worth calling. Trust me find another company then this one and you will be much more satisfied as a customer.

Marmic recently acquired Fire & Safety. We had been a customer of Fire & Safety for years, the previous owner Jon was really great. It came time for our regular inspections and such, the normal crew who had been coming for years, showed up to do the work, and we received an invoice from a different company with a substantially higher price. We were never made aware of the company change, the pricing increase or anything. For weeks I sent emails and left voicemails and nobody called me back. Finally I was able to speak with someone aside from a verbal apology they offered nothing and I could feel during our phone call it was not sincere. I was just annoying them. We are taking our business elsewhere, hoping to find another small business who thinks like we do and put the customer first not the dollar.

They can have CO2 Power Tanks filled!
They do not fill them on site so there is a bit of a wait, but if you plan ahead you're in good shape. They told me about the lead time when I dropped the tank off and stayed in contact with me.

Very professional and those guys have a wealth of knowledge in fire safety, especially the special hazard suppression guys. Great team with a hard-working, friendly staff. They can get to you quickly and work hard to keep you going. Best fire company I've ever dealt with!

I've had my food truck inspected by this company since it first got build this is the 4th inspection I get from this company and apparently the past 3 times wasn't inspected correctly so I had to pay more than Doble for the 4th inspection I'll be going some where else next time
