Mark Sank helped my neighbor who was facing eviction by a big Stamford developer/mgmt company for a lease violation she did not commit. He resolved her issue swiftly and treated her with the utmost respect -- unlike other lawyers she had hired previously. In my own dealings with Mark, he has been very responsive. When he could not help me himself, he pointed me in the right direction and/or referred other lawyers.
