It only took a max out of appeals. I am medically retired from the U. S. Army, in court the judge would repeatedly state “we are not the V. A.” therefor did not have to approve my SSDI for 8 years. Mrs. Marcia M. was amazing and unrelenting for all 8 years. Finally my last option after all appeals were exhausted I came to her office and cried explaining to her that had I not served my country, I not graduated college, I not been married for twenty years, I not had a clean criminal record, I not had 30 years of military medical records, I not had 22 credits to qualify for SSDI I could understand not getting approved. Mrs. Marcia M. had compassion for me and expressed the only other option is Federal court and it’s 7% chance of having any success at that level. I paid the filing fee and she went forward filing with Federal court and we won the case! Thank you Ma’am for your commitment to all people who need your services.
