Very good company. I work with 3 individuals here: Carol L, Cheryll B, and Jessica M - all very professional and good people. We recommend this company highly - you will not be disappointed. I have 3 business Boyce CPA handles: tax filing and keeping for in addition to my personal filings. Disappointed.....Under new management apparently. They changed the way the are turning in our taxes... but did not bother to tell us. Before, They would file my taxes, then send a bill out. NOW they want paid up front, or they will not file our taxes with the IRS. Would have been super nice to be informed of this.Not very professional, holding our taxes for ransom and not informing us of new management or new rules. Sadly, I will be finding someone else to do my 2020 taxes.

I've been trying to get some taxes done for 8 months now. They've yet to file them. They don't respond for months at a time. We're now at the ready to file but they won't give me an invoice that shows the reasons for charging since they're charging more than they told me to expect.

Called today to try and get some tax help the women on the phone acted like I was dumb I asked numerous questions and she jumped around and wouldn’t get to the point.. I asked her what is the best time between today or tomorrow I can make pretty much any time again bouncing around and not getting to the point.. Oh not to mention how rude and unprofessional she handled it by hanging up on me honestly I’m not sure about this place... I came to you guys for help and it was so unhelpful the attitude I got on the phone.
