Imagine being a single mother of 4 homeless, paying every cent to get your car out of impound and your children still have to sleep on the streets of phoenix in 115 degrees. The fact that actual grown human beings choose paperwork over the lives of children is what our world has come to. I’m so sick that this is where we are at in the world. Child suffering in the heat because of paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous so I hope you all are happy with taking my money, and while your sleep in your big comfy beds 4 children who did nothing to you all will be sleeping in an alley. You’re running an amazing business!

have been a dealer for 39 years and never received such unprofessional service. I was provided a completely inaccurate condition report and Manheim Phoenix refused to pay for the unreported, damaged and missing items . The vehicle had a broken windshield, interior was stained /dirty, missing one of the smart keys when I picked it up. The CR did not report a broken windshield and stained interior. The CR reported 2 keys were included with the vehicle, only one was present. The 4.8 CR rating should be for a vehicle in almost new condition, a CR 5.0 is considered NEW. The car was not represented correctly. The auction GM did not return calls for 11 days after promising to call by email twice. I have dealt with many Manheim auctions, none like this, the service at Manheim Phoenix is horrendous. The report was totally misleading and inaccurate, be careful when buying here.

If you buy a vehicle, lane 96
If there was a key, you’re not gonna find a key anymore it’s going to be gone
If the vehicle has airbag, you’re not gonna find the airbag anymore someone is gonna steal it
Same thing with a floor mats
Same thing with the plastics of the vehicle interior

Also, all the cars have wiring pulled off missing fuses, etc. Specially, line 96

Also, a lot of cars 99% on line 96 they say vehicle starts and runs but that’s a lie they do not run 99% so do not count on it

As well a lot of cars, have a green sticker on the window
And they keep the key locked in
& you don’t have the Chance to start the vehicle at all
And they mention that the vehicle runs and drive the truth is 60 to 70% of the vehicle they overheat and have a dirt on the radiator so they don’t overheat

OK auction I understand you guys want to make money
But lying it’s not the right way

Hopefully it’s gonna get better

Unfortunately after many years in the business im staying far away from Manheim. I've had nothing but bad experiences with their arbitration dept, sellers paying workers under the table to boost their CR, and Green light cars constantly failing PSI for frame or other non disclosed items. Their reputation has gone down the drain. I would much rather go to Adesa or Metro. Manheim is bad for business and their customer service is HORRIBLE. All they do is cause weeks of emails and hour long calls when i buy a car. No thanks. plenty of other sources for inventory.

NORMA AT MANHEIM phoenix arb dept is horrible and when I say horrible worst I've ever dealt with , she does not follow NAAA guidelines and instead goes by her own. SHE IS the reason I will be doing business elsewhere after giving Manheim phoenix 2M dollars in sales in 12 months
