I highly recommend Makarem & Associates and specifically attorney Britland Kenworthy. I was fired from a brand new employer after I informed them that I had some lab results that were positive for cancer and urgently needed to get followup testing. Eight days later they terminated me. Turns out that I was cancer free but the stress of the whole situation was unbelievable and I was a mess. Makarem took my case and Britland fought for me even when it looked like a losing proposition. The settlement they reached was a lifesaver for my wife and I and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This law firm was willing to go the distance in my case. I may not have been the biggest case they ever handled, but they made me feel like my case mattered and did their very best to serve justice. Marina was courteous and made herself as available as possible through my endless questions. Sam was an advocate of the best during proceedings; always keeping to my best interest. Being quite naive at the time, both lawyers explained things to me as we went. They helped me understand what they needed from me, how to present it and were encouraging the whole way through the process. Alexis and Britland kept the details in order and contacted me with anything that needed follow-up. The entire team respected me and let me know my case mattered and acted accordingly.
