I had a box here because I travel a lot and needed a central place to get my mail. I was expecting a very important piece of mail and when I got notification that it had been delivered, I drove 200 miles to get here to pick it up. It wasn't in my box so I asked them to check if it was being held somewhere on the back. The guy disappeared for less than a minute and said there was no mail being held back. So I contacted the company who sent it, they sent a duplicate. Same thing happened. It was sent a third time and still nothing in my box. I closed out the box a few months later and had them forward anything to my new address. All three pieces of mail that they claimed was not there was in the that final mail they sent when I closed the box. Postmarks proved it had been there the whole time. When I let them know, all I got was crickets. No explanation, no apology, nothing. I'm not sure, but I think interference with US mail is a federal offense..

Started using these guys when the service at Staples went into the toilette and they have been super great. Very quick turnaround for quotes via email and production time is fast - prices very reasonable and competitive. Noah at the store knowledgeable and helpful.

Shipped 3 boxes for company 2 day fedex. cost 900.00. I new it was very high but had to ship because of time and no fedex store in kingman. I went home and inputed the same info into my personal account and came back 330.00 for next day air and 250.00 for 2 day air. This store is a rip off!!

The people there were fast and accurate and very help full i would for sure use them again and tell all my family and friends about them. Its the little places like this that i wish we had more of where your not just another dollar to them your a valued customer.

My whole factory called FedEx and they told us they would be delivering our paychecks at 4pm, we all sat and waited for the money we earned well past 5pm and we called again and they said they weren't going to deliver it today, gave no reason why.... So now more than 15 people dont get money until POSSIBLY tomorrow, if they don't come in tomorrow, we all must wait until Tuesday!! Very frustrated. Why can't the driver deliver his packages?

Use to be open on Saturdays but not anymore except for December, bs mailbox places should be open everyday there is mail delivery, i keep have to wait a extra two days for my packages because there to dumb to be open on a Saturday. And more then four times i never even received first class usps letters i would not recommend using this service
