This is a 10-star establishment. Any negative reviews likely don't understand the nature of parcel logistics or have much else to compare to. As an experienced small business owner who operates via USPS and other couriers, I can tell you this is BY FAR the VERY BEST shipping station I've been to across a multitude of cities and states. The customer service is unparalleled. This amazingly kind woman maintains her wonderful attitude towards everyone no matter what. She knows the ins and outs to offer expert level service and ensure the best outcome for whatever you've got. Her rapport with the mailing personnel as well as customers is above and beyond. The multitasking I've seen is extraordinary. She is at least 3 people at any given without fault. This place is a gem and you'll know exactly who I'm speaking of if you get the chance. Extraordinary. Best of the best, hands down!

I don't write many reviews, but this business deserves a huge shout out! I have had issues with mail and packages at my condo, so I rented a mailbox here to ensure my mail gets delivered properly. The professionalism and kindness of the staff wowed me! Also, they email you whenever you get a package delivered...that is amazing customer service! I even received a phone call once when a package arrived right after I left. WOW! This business knows the meaning of outstanding customer service!
Not only that, they have all of the mail services available as well. No more trips to the post office. Yeah! I just mailed a package this afternoon and received a receipt, but was pleasently surprised when I got home, to see an emailed receipt was waiting for me as well! Again....WOW! Highly recommended!

This store allows you to ship from variety of carriers- as in FedEx ,UPS, USPS,DHL.

Shout out to the woman working yesterday, I forgot her name but she’s always so friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I’ve had this mailbox for over a year and a half and I’ve had nothing but excellent service. I’ve lived there for half and traveled the country the other. So it works for all needs. I wouldn't ordinarily think to take the time to rate a shipping/printing store, but this was one of the most surprisingly pleasant, positive customer service interactions I can remember. The woman behind the counter was so friendly and helpful that her attitude and demeanor actively made my day better, and I left in a much better mood that I had been in when I arrived. I genuinely wish I had more reasons to give this store my business.
